What data do you use?
Only what any shopper can see on your public shop page: listings, photos, titles, prices, sold counts, ratings and service metrics. We never log in to your shop.
How accurate are the sales numbers?
Order and revenue figures are estimates from public sold counts and ratings. They show the size of the gap, not your exact books.
My shop is not in the list. Can you grade it?
Yes. Choose “Grade my shop”, leave your shop link and email, and we email you the grade within 24 hours.
How do I get the full analysis?
