OneCart Store Grader

How the grader works

The OneCart Store Grader reads public shop pages on Shopee and Lazada and scores each shop out of 100. This page explains what we read, how the score works and how to ask for a correction.

Public data only

We read what any shopper can see without logging in: the shop page, listings, titles, photos, prices, sold counts, ratings and the service metrics the marketplace shows. We never log in to a shop and we do not use data from OneCart customers' accounts.

How the score works

The score out of 100 has three parts. Listings (40 points) covers search words in titles, photos and video, and title quality. Stock health (40 points) covers best sellers that are sold out or running low and products that never sell. Channels (20 points) covers range across marketplaces, pricing against other shops and chat response and ship-on-time against the badge thresholds.

The revenue estimate

Order and revenue figures are estimates from public sold counts and ratings, compared with the leading shop in the same category and market. The money figure on each finding is an estimate of what that problem costs a month. It is a guide to what to fix first, not an accounting figure.

How often we refresh

Each shop is read again about once a month. The date on every report shows when we read it.

Who can see a report

Reports have private links. They are not listed in search engines and you can only find a shop by its name or link. The full fix list for a shop is only shown to someone who confirms their email.

Ask for a correction

If you run a shop on the grader and a figure looks wrong, tell us. We check it and correct the report.
